Ruby red in colour, tending towards violet that fades over time. An important, aristocratic wine. Intense, elegant and fruity aroma. It is full, rounded and velvety on the palate. It goes well with cold meats of haut-cuisine. Excellent with roasts, poultry or hard cheese. Serve at 18-20 °C in large and bell-shaped glasses.
