PRODUCER INFORMATION 

White wine with a great structure and rather high alcoholic content and acidity. Fine and elegant with perfumes reminiscent of apple and acacia which the Artemisia can be noted. An aperitif wine, suitable with risottos with herbs, especially wild asparagus or silene shoots, crab salad, razor clams, octopus and boiled potato salads with parsley.
