Description

Our “Brunello Grappas” are obtained by gentle pressing of fresh residues of Sangiovese Grosso (called Brunello in Montalicino)

grape variety and promptly transferred to the distellery to preserve fragrance and aroma.

They are distilled by the traditional discontinuous technique.

The “riserva” is aged in wood for a minimum of 18 months.
