Founded by David Maudry and his partner Shirley, Maison Lispaul, named after their children Lison and Paul-Henri, is a family‑run estate in Tracy‑sur‑Loire, nestled in the heart of Pouilly‑Fumé, just two hours south of Paris.

With prime clay–limestone soils and generous southern exposure, the estate cultivates its vines sustainably, focusing on hand harvesting and respectful vinification 

Maison Lispaul delivers wines rooted in family history and Loire tradition, showcasing exemplary expressions of Sauvignon Blanc terroir from well-regarded appellations like Pouilly‑Fumé, Touraine, Sancerre, and Menetou‑Salon.

Wines are fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, with lees aging employed for additional texture and complexity on select bottles.

Each bottle reflects thoughtful vine-to-glass stewardship and regional character—perfect for lovers of elegant, mineral-driven whites and supple, expressive reds.
