FARMING OF THE GRAPES
This wine is obtained by a careful selection go grapes grown in hilly terrain with medium texture land and at an altitude of 150-200 m.a.s.l..
The farming system is composed by guyot and spurred cordon and the density of cultivation is 5.000 vines/ hectare with a yield of produ ct of 50 qq/ha.
The harvest takes place during the month of September.

The grapes are harvested
the winery in September.The grapes are naturally dried for 3-4 months on traditional Tuscan racks.
At least 4 years in small oak barrels called “caratelli” , then 6 months minimum of bottle aging.
FEATURES AND COMBINATIONS
The color is intense amber yellow, the aroma is ethery with hints of dry candied fruit, gracing it with complexity and harmony,The taste is excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.Good length.
The Temperature is from 12-14 °C in large wine glass
It goes with any kind of desserts, dark chocolate and strong cheese.
