Serpentino comes from a parcel of our vineyard that has clay soil and is particularly rich in fragmented limestone. Canes are pruned according to the Guyot system. The grapes are manually harvested, placed in small bins, and pressed after careful hand selection. The must is then fermented in stainless steel vats and aged on its lees for a few months.

The wine Serpentino is pale yellow, with peach, yellow apple, pineapple and wild flowers on the nose. On the palate the wine is fresh and fruity, with a pronounced minerality.

Food pairings: ideal great with white meats, fish and seafood. We recommend a serving temperature of 8°-10° C.
