South West of Montalcino
SOIL / VINEYARDS
Calcareous soil and slightly clayey. This wine is obtained from out youngest vineyards where selected Sangiovese clones were planted.
In stainless stell vats for around 9 months.
In bottles for at least 3 months.
After a meticulous hand-picked grape harvest, the wine is made by pre-fermentation maceration followed by the traditional wine-making process in order to enhance the characteristics of the Sangiovese variety.
Bright ruby red colour, fruity and fragrant, with body and a pleasing taste.
