The vineyards extend over about 12 hectares all located around the house with an optimal exposure that allows us to always have grapes with very homogeneous characteristics and with an always very good quality.
The desire for modernity must never make us forget all the excellent work done almost 50 years ago in planting the vineyards; for this reason, the renewal of the vineyards was done only with a view to adapting to the new production regulations.
The harvest time starts in mid September by picking up those grapes used for producing vin santo, then the first week of October Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes are harvested.
The grapes pick up and selection are made by hand and all the steps related to the wine making process are managed directly by the company and its employees only.
