Delicate but persistent herbaceous taste where the note of chestnut honey becomes very present. Intense bitter but balanced. The alcoholic perception is very discreet for a traditional recipe concept where honey is already present on the nose. The body is given by the bitter notes, driven by the complexity of the chestnut and develop thanks to the various macerations of plants such as the gentian root and the richness of botanicals that make it complex and persistent. The final round but not trivial, very persistent where citrus fruits support the complexity of the product. Bitter and persistent aftertaste thanks to the bittering botanicals, but above all the union of the marriage between chestnut and botanicals. Everything is then infused in the Hibiscus flowers which give a very intense but completely natural red hue.
