It is with passion and pride that Paul passed on his passion for wine to his loved ones.
Passion that Nicolas, third of his generation, implements daily in his work.

An unrivaled know-how which is found both in the work of the vineyard, in the winery and on the bottles. Indeed, the work of the winegrower is rewarded each year by numerous medals and by international critics.

Nicolas and his wife Sabrina have been the guardians of a know-how and a family tradition since 1952.

A tradition that they are keen to pass on to their three daughters Anaïs, Lola and Ambre.

Our engagements

The vineyard has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since the 2019 vintage.

2023, THE YEAR OF ORGANIC FOR VIGNOBLES LASSAGNE.

It is with a philosophy marked by the respect and development of biodiversity that Nicolas Lassagne began the conversion to Organic Agriculture.

What drives Nicolas and Sabrina is to make the terroir speak through their cuvées and to transport tasters there thanks to the different wines produced on the estate.

A RICH AND VARIED TERROIR, SOON IN ORGANIC FARMING.

In conversion to organic farming since 2020, the vineyard has already been certified HVE (High Environmental Value), since the 2019 vintage. This certification crowned the conversion efforts. The next step will be to obtain the organic farming certification planned for the 2023 vintage.

These three years of conversion as well as the work of the winemaker allow to express more the terroir of the vineyard. This diversity is found in that of the wines. The estate's wines are as fruity and supple as they are structured and fine.
