Pairing: It can be matched with robust entrees, with meat, game and wildfowl, extra-mature and spicy cheeses, accompanied by pickles fruits if preferred.  

Colour: deep ruby red with garnet highlights  

Bouquet: cooked red and dark fruits, spices, cocoa, cigar Havana  

Taste: full, dry, but soft and intriguing
