Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG

Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. Sesta di Sopra is produced from Sangiovese 100% grown on medium textured, calcareous soils exposed to South-West. The harvest respects the maximum  integrity of the grapes, which are made into wine using traditional techniques alongside modern technology, thereby obtaining  wines with a beautiful colour and structure. Brunello Sesta di Sopra ages for a minimum of 24 months in 30-hl Slavonian oak barrels with subsequent ageing in bottle for at least 8 months.

The wine has intense ruby red colour and rich aroma of ripe wild berries that evolves in slightly spicy notes. Rich, velvety, soft body with a strong character. Serving Temperature: 64° to 67°F (18°C to 20°C)
