Tasting Notes: Golden color with light green reflections, clear and brilliant. The nose offers aromas of white flowers and reveals vegetal notes. The mouth is ample and supple with floral notes.

Food pairing suggestions: The Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons will be appreciated as an aperitif. It also pairfectly with seafood (such as pikeperch with white butter) or poultry with morels. It will also be a good companion for cheese platter (goat cheese in particular)
