'Colombaio' Rose Castel del Monte DOCG

Colombaio - The Bombino Nero from which this rosé wine is obtained is a typical vine of the North Barese area.
It was introduced in Puglia in very ancient times.
The vineyards are cultivated on the hilly terrain of the Alta Murgia in the Castel del Monte DOCG area.
From the grapes harvested at the right state of ripeness and processed according to a simple and natural oenological technique, a dry rosé wine is obtained with a fruity bouquet in particular of small red fruits, fresh and sapid, with a soft taste and well-balanced aromas.
Great combinability at the table, intriguing as an aperitif.
