Vinification : Crushing-destemming and subsequent cooling of the crushed grapes at a controlled temperature of 10°C in a reduced environment. Separation of the flower must and subsequent controlled fermentation at a temperature of 15°C.

Sensory characteristics : The wine has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections; fresh nose with citrus scents. The palate is balanced and robust.
