Fresh, Sparkling, Fruity. The Nero d'Avola grapes are selected and collected in small crates, pressed and left to rest for a few hours with their own juice to enrich themselves with flavor and acquire the right color. Fermentation allows for freshness and effervescence that release splendid emotions upon tasting.
