Grappa di Valpolicella

It is distilled using only the perfectly healthy pomace of our Valpolicella, fermented and pressed very softly, according to the traditional method. The pomace is delivered to the distillery on the same day, or at the latest, the day after. The distillate is stored in stainless steel tanks; thus it maintains all its aromas and does not lose any peculiar characteristic that distinguishes it from other distillates. Crystalline transparency, very clean, captivating aromas, which give an idea of ​​the quality of the grape from which it comes; the warmth that emanates when tasted, even if full and robust, is fragrant, velvety and harmonious. Inimitable at the end of lunch, alone, with coffee or in coffee, it is the most natural digestif.
