'San Boldo' Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Brut

The fresh mountain air from the San Boldo pass comes down to our vineyards and slows down the ripening process. This gives the grapes an acerbic quality that makes them ideal for producing Brut. The bouquet is delicate and lightly aromatic with an elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apples. With hints of wildflowers, the flavour is intense, dry and fresh. This wine has a fine and persistent perlage. 

Best paired with aperitif and perfect with all kinds of fish dishes.
