Rufian Cabernet and Malbeck is a young red wine produced by the Montecrocetta farm.

Color: Bright cardinal red.

Bouquet: Vinous, fresh, with intense notes of wild berries.

Taste: Soft and balanced. Good body and velvety final sensations.

Vinification: Manual harvest with choice of ripe and healthy bunches.

Bottle aging 3 months

Matching: Perfect match with game dishes, roasts, grilled meat. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C.

It reaches an alcohol content of 12.0% Vol.
