Crushing and destemming of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Short refinement in stainless steel tanks then matured in the bottle.  

12,5% vol  

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers and finger food, or matched with fish and seashell courses.  

Colour: pale pink  

Bouquet: red fruits, strawberry, rose  

Taste: pleasantly fresh, sapid, with a pronounced acidity. Well balanced and harmonious with a soft finish.
