Sparkling wine made from Glera and Chardonnay grapes. The aroma is fruity, fresh and elegant, with hints of exotic fruits and flowery overtones. In the mouth it is dry, balanced and full flavoured. This is a refined aperitif wine, perfect with hors d’oeuvres, delicate risottos, smoked salmon and medium-soft cheese. An excellent aperitif wine.
