Il Rinzacco' Castel del Monte Riserva DOCG

Red wine: The Troia grapes grown on a hilly terrain facing south, in a favorable microclimate, are vinified in Allier oak fermentation vats, at a controlled temperature. After vinification it undergoes aging in the same vats for more than a year. It gives rise to a wine of an intense ruby ​​red colour, with a clean and persuasive bouquet which evokes red berried fruits (Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Blackberry), lavished by light spicy notes of vanilla and black pepper, the soft and ripe tannins on the palate, are the qualities that contribute to the success of this wine. It reaches its maximum expression and completeness combined with braised meats, roasts and game.
