 "Prime Uve" Nere Acquavite d'Uva from the company Bonaventura Maschio - grappa is an elegant distillate Cabernet and Refosco. Harvest carefully selected and strictly control all stages of production - from harvesting to fermentation and distillation. Grappa aging occurs over 24-36 months in oak barrels, which enhances the delicate aroma of black grapes, then aged grappa another 1-3 months in bottle.
